A single malt from Ben Nevis aged for 9 years in a single refill hogshead and then finished in and vatted from American and European Oak oloroso and PX bloodtubs. The vintage 2012 Highland Scotch whisky was bottled at cask strength 58% ABV.
Gingerbread, dark chocolate, sultanas, vanilla, and icing sugar.
Caramel, cinnamon pastries, raisins, and apple.
Dates and chocolate.
