Independently bottled Ben Nevis single malt, released as part of Alistair Walker's Infrequent Flyers range! Distilled in 2011, this was matured for nine years, including a finishing period in a virgin oak cask, before bottling in 2021. There was a total outturn of 232 bottles from this single cask.
Zingy fruit, peaches, and apricots with a dash of orange peel, nutty toasted marzipan.
Nougat, flaked nuts, sweet runny honey, and fruitcake spices.
