A splendid independently bottled single malt from Ben Nevis, released by Adelphi. Distilled in 2015, this expression spent six years maturing in a single cask until it was opened in 2021 to release a total outturn of 588 bottles. As you can see, it took on a wonderfully rich dark hue in that time!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Dense, sherried fruits, raisins, sultanas and berries with sweet oak and underlying earthy peat.

Palate Dark chocolate, creamy vanilla jammy berries, and orange zest with a peppering of spice and wafts of dry smoke.

Finish Baking spices, a touch of menthol, roasted malt, clove.
