Single malt Scotch whisky from the Ben Nevis Distillery, independently bottled by Milroy's. This expression was distilled in 1996, and after 25 years, it was drawn from a single sherry butt and bottled up at 47.6% ABV.
Earthy hints of oak and coffee, followed by raisin and banana chips.
Chocolatey at first, followed by juicy sultana and almond pastry.
A savoury hint of new leather balanced by juicy barley and more dark chocolate.
