Bourbon finished in 3 oak casks - Mizunara, French, and toasted American oak. It's like Creme brûlée in a bottle. Bottled at cask strenght but it's creamy with clear vanilla from the oak with great spices. Well worth a try. Love these blends from Barrell Craft Spirits.
