The folks at Barrell Craft Spirits in Kentucky show off their blending prowess with this splendid whiskey. It's a blend of straight bourbons finished in a trio of distinct different types of cask – mizunara oak, French oak, and toasted American oak resulting in an elegant, characterful, multi-layered sipper.

Bourbon finished in 3 oak casks - Mizunara, French, and toasted American oak. It's like Creme brûlée in a bottle. Bottled at cask strenght but it's creamy with clear vanilla from the oak with great spices. Well worth a try. Love these blends from Barrell Craft Spirits.
