Created by the talented team at Barrell Craft Spirits in Kentucky, Seagrass is a blend of American and Canadian rye whiskeys, treated to a most intriguing array of finishes in Martinique Rhum, Madeira, and apricot brandy barrels. This expression was created to highlight the grassy, herbaceous notes that rye whiskey offers, coupled with the richness and spice imparted by different finishing barrels. Produced in batches, blended to taste, and bottled at cask strength.
