This expression was created to highlight the grassy, herbaceous notes that rye whiskey offers, coupled with the richness and spice imparted by different finishing barrels. Produced in batches, blended to taste, and bottled at cask strength. The folks at Barrell Craft Spirits advise that a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this whiskey are donated to The Ocean Foundation, contributing to the conservation and restoration of seagrass.
