Barrell Gray Label Bourbon
Kentucky's Barrell Craft Spirits selected barrels of bourbon distilled in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana for this limited release. Aged between 13 and 19 years, the whiskeys in the blend were chosen for their refined properties and extraordinary flavour profiles, resulting in an opulent bourbon, brimming with sweet spice, honey, chocolate, and oak char.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Green apples, banana loaf, vanilla custard, and sweet cinnamon lead to tropical waves of pineapple and coconut, with creamy stone fruits joining in time.
Palate
Juicy layers of melon, chocolate peanuts, and earthy cacao, with butterscotch, hints of charred herbs, and waxy oak.
Finish
Oak char, peach tea, sweet, tangy notes of lemons and raspberries, a touch of ginger warmth.
