Foundation is the first non-cask-strength bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky, made with the goal of delivering world-class bourbon at an even better price point! The blend combines bourbons from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Maryland, aged between five and nine years. With a derived mash bill of 73% corn, 23% rye, and 4% malted barley, it boasts a creamy, sweet profile with elegant spice and complexity that ought to take an Old Fashioned to new heights.

Nose
Sweet notes of honey and jammy fruits lead to layers of cocoa, browned butter, peach, and waxed citrus, with a hint of fennel beneath.
