An indie bottling of Balmenach single malt, aged in a single hogshead cask for 28 years, from October 1988 to March 2017. 197 bottles were produced as part of Signatory's Cask Strength Collection.
Oily walnut and dried orange peels, with a hint of banana.
Chocolate-coated Brazil nuts, cinnamon and flaky pastry.
Lightly toasted bread, more dried peels.
