A 12 year old Balmenach, independently bottled by The Single Cask (who also have their own whisky bar in Singapore!) with an outturn of 107 bottles.
Quite herbaceous, with thyme and mint up front. Followed by caramel and orange peel.
Nuttier than the nose suggests, but still possesses the sweetness of toffee and vanilla bean.
Zesty lemon and orange.
