Balcones Eclipse is a punch rye whisky made from 100% Texas-grown rye, which was pot distilled and then aged in handmade oak barrels before being bottled on 21 October 2022 at 64% ABV.
Cherry, brown sugar, tobacco, banana, sandalwood, caramel, and nutmeg.
An oily palate brings notes of mocha coffee, caramel, winter spice, marmalade, and fudge.
