Deliciously well sherried single malt from the Aultmore Distillery, independently bottled by The Single Cask. This one has enjoyed a finishing period in a small 50-litre first-fill Oloroso sherry cask, imparting a wealth of dark fruit notes to the malty whisky. Really impressive, packed to the brim with sultana, honeycomb, and festive spices.
