Distilled at Aultmore, this single malt was snapped up by the gang at indie bottler Darkness, who filled it into a custom-made oloroso sherry octave cask to finish its 10-year maturation. It boasts a sweet, peaty profile with layers of flamed citrus, stewed fruit, coastal salinity, soot, and spice.
