Nose Coastal brine and sweet, toasted spices welcome the way for flamed orange peels and robust peat smoke.

Palate Chimney smoke and poached fruits are backed by trickles of runny caramel and vanilla tablet, with salted lemons gathering beneath.

Finish A zesty finish, with vibrant salinity, dried citrus wheels, toasted cinnamon, and runny toffee.
