A Dun Bheagan bottling of 23 year old Auchroisk single malt, drawn from a single hogshead cask laid down in February 1995. In 2018, this whisky was bottled by Ian Macleod with a small outturn of just 236 bottles.
Apricot, lemongrass, cinnamon, liquorice root and cedar.
Vanilla leads the way, backed up with soft citrus and drying spice.
Subtly floral on the finish, though honey continues the sweetness.
