23 year old single malt Scotch whisky from the excellent Auchroisk distillery, aged in a single cask from 1990 to 2014. Following this whisky's maturation Berry Bros. & Rudd got their hands on it and bottled it all up!
Passion fruit and raspberries, joined by a helping of filo pastry and vegetal oak.
More fresh fruit - now leading more towards green apples and apricot. Slightly grassy.
Fennel, mint and caramel sauce.
