A single cask Auchroisk, independently bottled by Duncan Taylor. However, this single malt wasn't drawn from just any old cask - it was drawn from a single octave cask, which are much smaller than your standard hogshead. This results in more interaction between the whisky and the wood. Just 89 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Pine, honey, a hint of biscuit dough and waxy peels.

Palate Baking spices begin to develop on the palate, alongside heavy vanilla and a touch of smoke.

Finish Lingering vegetal earthiness.
