The 2007 vintage expression was aged in a single virgin American oak barrel (cask #20605) for 16 years before it was bottled without chill-filtration or additional colouring at 54.1% ABV.

Caramel-filled milk chocolate, dried cherries, cinnamon, and stone fruit.
