Distilled in 2010 and finished in Manzanilla sherry casks since 2023, this Auchroisk single malt brings a coastal savouriness to its Speyside sweetness. Bottled in 2025 at 46% ABV, it’s bright, buttery, and subtly saline.
Chamomile, banoffee pie, and milky coffee.
Buttery biscuit, toasted oats, and spiced nuts.
Buttered popcorn, ripe fruit, and demerara sugar.
