Eight-year-old single malt from Auchentonshan, distilled in 2015 and matured in a single barrel until 2023. That barrel was opened up by indie bottler Douglas Laing, releasing a total of 318 bottles for the Provenance collection.

Nose

Fresh, juicy apples, creamy custard, buttery shortbread, candied citrus.

Palate

A satisfying balance of oily oak, woody spice, and creamy vanilla fudge, with lemon drizzle and soft spices in tow.

Finish

Sugared almond, a touch of pepper, ginger, and cardamom.
