Sherry
20 year old single malt from the Isle of Arran, drawn from a Sherry hogshead which was laid down in 1996 and cracked open in July 2016. 335 bottles were produced and specially bottled for Italy's Silver Seal.
Sherry-drenched sultanas, rye toast topped with Seville orange marmalade, some grassiness persists.
Mango, mint leaf, chocolate truffles and caramelised malt.
Crushed black pepper and piles of dried fruit.
