Description
This is an unpeated Ardlair single malt from the Ardmore distillery, independently bottled by A.D Rattray for its Cask Collection. Distilled in 2010, the whisky rested in a bourbon barrel for over 11 years before finishing its 12-year maturation with a 10-month finish in a first-fill Barbadian rum barrel. A total of 200 cask strength bottles were released in 2023.

Nose
Soft stone fruits, toasted coconut, cookie dough, and buttery pastry, with a touch of citrus blossom in tow.
Palate
Delicate layers of sweet apricot and banana bread join creamy barley, toasted oak, and gingerbread.
Finish
Buttery toffee, cinnamon biscuits, and buttery baked goods alongside dried citrus and candied ginger.
