Initially filled into a host of sherry butts before transferring to Pedro Ximénez and oloroso hogsheads, this addition to the Clydebuilt whisky series was composed by Ardgowan distillery's whisky maker, Laura Davies. It's a generously sherried 12-year-old Speysider, layered with notes of figs and dried fruit, rich oak, and cakey spice.

I've enjoyed every Clydebuilt whisky I've tried. You can tell it's matured in top quality casks. Highly recommend this one - will be sipping it at Christmas for sure.
