Clydebuilt 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured (Ardgowan)
Initially filled into a host of sherry butts before transferring to Pedro Ximénez and oloroso hogsheads, this addition to the Clydebuilt whisky series was composed by Ardgowan distillery's whisky maker, Laura Davies. It's a generously sherried 12-year-old Speysider, layered with notes of figs and dried fruit, rich oak, and cakey spice.

Nose
Sherried raisins, honeyed figs, and polished oak.
Palate
A rich medley of dark fruits and baking spice, with biscuity malt beneath.
Finish
Rounded layers of sherried fruit and oaken depth.
