A hearty sherried Speyside single malt, selected by whisky maker Laura Davies to join Ardgowan's Clydebuilt collection. Matured in a combo of oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry hogsheads for a dozen years, this batch was then bottled at a hearty 57.1% ABV, or 100 proof.
Sticky dark fruits, honeyed nuts, sweet spice.
Fruit cake and dark chocolate cushion hints of leathery oak beneath.
Woody spices gather, with warming notes of cinnamon, ginger, and sweetly sherried oak.
