Clydebuilt 12 Year Old Official Opening Day 2025 (Ardgowan)
The Ardgowan distillery officially opened on 20th June 2025, and it released this edition of Clyedbuilt whisky to celebrate! This series showcases the distillery's journey so far, and provides a bold declaration of what's to come. Here, we have a 12-year-old Speyside single malt, matured in a trio of Pedro Ximénez and oloroso sherry hogsheads selected by whisky maker Laura Davies and bottled at cask strength.

Nose
Toasted nuts, sweet sherried oak, and rich dried fruits.
Palate
Fruit loaf, cakey spices, velvety dark chocolate, honeyed raisins.
Finish
Fruit cake lingers, with dates, sultanas, candied nuts, and woody spice.
