Amrut Madeira Cask Finish
This expression from Amrut is India’s first Madeira cask finish single malt whisky! To create it, Amrut handpicked barrels from the Portuguese island that would complement its whisky's profile. 4,800 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Desiccated coconut, creamy vanilla and rich toffee, with a little marzipan and bitter orange.
Palate
Rounded nutty toffee, stewed orchard fruits and manuka honey, with toasted almonds underneath.
Finish
Long, with some delicate citrus notes.
