An indie bottling of 21 year old Allt-á-Bhainne single malt, aged in a bourbon cask from August 1995 to July 2017. 279 bottles were produced as part of the wonderful Rest & Be Thankful range.
Nose: Honeydew melon, vanilla pod, coffee bean and violet.
Palate: Toffee Crisp bars and marshmallow, with a lingering hint of tomato stem.
Finish: Sawdust, white chocolate and walnut.
