That unusually active American oak has given the mature spirit considerable weight, adding banana, marzipan, honeycomb, dark sugar, and peppery spice. Cask 802366 was bottled by Alistair Walker at a cask strength of 53.6% ABV, with 200 bottles released for the Infrequent Flyers collection.
