Carpathian Single Malt Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish - Spanish & Portuguese Wine Cask Collection 70cl Whisky

Carpathian Single Malt is distilled, matured and bottled at the Alexandrion Saber 1789 Distillery under the stewardship of master distiller Allan Anderson, who holds more than 30 years’ experience in Scotch whisky and Irish whiskey distillation. Its Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish was aged for three years in a 53-gallon first-fill white American oak Kentucky bourbon barrel before it spent years in 500L Spanish sherry barrels which previously held Pedro Ximénez.
