Adnams 9 Year Old 2016 - '90s Retro Football Edition (Master of Malt) 70cl Whisky

A striking single cask bottling from Adnams – one of our favourite English distilleries, making one of our favourite rye whiskies on the planet! Distilled in 2016 and matured in a French oak wine cask, we filled just 340 bottles of this characterfully complex yet gluggable nine-year-old rye. The label has pure ‘90s retro football kit vibes and we’re sure plenty of you will recognise which particular England shirt inspired it. It’s a shame we can’t make a Tony Adams/Adnams joke as he didn’t make the England 1990 World Cup squad. Surely the greatest consequence of him struggling to contain Marco Van Basten in '88.
