22 year old Glen Moray, independently bottled by Adelphi. Matured in a single cask, this whisky aged from 1995 to 2018, before being bottled at cask strength with an outturn of 292 bottles.

Nose

Caramelised pecans, spicy malt followed by up white pepper.

Palate

Salted butter, floral barley, soft oak, a hearty helping of maple syrup.

Finish

A hint of sharp citrus sticks around on the finish.
