It's Aberlour's ever-popular A'Bunadh single malt Scotch whisky! Each batch of this single malt is matured entirely in Spanish oloroso sherry butts, bestowing huge helpings of dried fruit and festive spice notes to the whisky, after which it's bottled up at full-on cask strength with no chill-filtration.
Zesty notes of chocolate-coated orange wheels join sticky ginger loaf and sherried fruits.
Plump sultanas, prunes, cakey spice, and marmalade, with biscuity malt and toffee apple in tow.
Sweet spices and rich oak linger.

Nice carmel flavour but the alcohol content is too high for me. Definitely needs water
Overpriced - but there are good alternatives such as Glenfarclas 105 at £47 and Glenlivet Nadurra both bottled at cask strength.
Delicious...
A 100per cent increase in two years. An absolute disgrace.
The sherry barrels in Speyside need refreshing. Our Scotch club has enjoyed A'Bunadh since cask 46 or so. Comparing the 40's with the 60's, the scotch has changed. US shops are taking A'Bunadh off the shelf and it's become hard to find. I suspect it will be gone for a while, only to reappear as a $120+ bottle of Scotch as has occurred in the UK. Glenfarclas 105 is also very good, but the cost for it at one US shop is $94 + tax! Makes our current $86 for A'Bunadh look cheap! I recommend enjoying A'Bunadh while you can and if you find any 40s, grab it!
