Aberlour A'Bunadh Alba
Aberlour's immensely popular A'Bunadh has grown with the introduction of A'Bunadh Alba! The name is a reference to Quercus Alba, which is the name of the American white oak which is used to age this very whisky. Drawn exclusively from first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels, this expression shows off a different side of Aberlour – you may be more familiar with its heavily sherried drams, but this one is more about fresh orchard fruits, shortbread, and almond notes.

Nose
Apricot, grapefruit zest, marzipan, banana fritters, and a good helping of nutmeg.
Palate
Shortbread, green apple, caramel, more nutmeg now paired with a crackle of black pepper.
Finish
Toasted almonds and hints of orange peel.
