Aberfeldy
A 15 year old single malt from Highland distillery Aberfeldy, part of its Red Wine Cask Collection. This limited edition bottling has been finished in cabernet sauvignon wine casks from the Napa Valley in California, aka 'wine country'. Beautifully rich, with plenty of sweet red fruit notes making their way from the wood to the whisky.

Cannot detect flavours of a wet cows udder on the banks of Loch Ness, nor the hidden under tones of smoked darjeeling but can definitely say that this is a beautiful single malt, it is a pure joy to sit and sip. My first purchase, but definitely not my last. Enjoy!!
Great taste ?
A really superb whisky. Fruity notes, honey sweet taste with a smooth dry finish
Really refreshing and surprising whiskey. Lots of different stages to its taste. Never tried before but would buy again
Lovely stuff
