This expression includes fresh apples and Buddha's hand citrus, delicately balanced by other botanicals such as oats, coriander, almond, orris, bay leaf, and oak. A wonderful sipper neat and should also make a fabulous base for all manner of cocktails.
Crisp notes of green apple, gentle zest and soft spice, a touch of peppery anise creeps in on the finish.
