Polugar Single Malt Rye Spirit 70cl

Polugar is made using techniques and recipes from over 100 years ago. Their Single Malt Rye (that's what it says on the bottle - we had to stop and think about it for a minute too) is made with malted rye and three times distilled, before being clarified with a birch wood charcoal filter and egg whites - very old school indeed. The result is a spirit with a huge rye character, almost like they went ahead and distilled rye bread.
