The potatoes used for Priory vodka don't travel very far during production, as the spuds come straight from the Yorkshire distillery's own fields just 13 miles down the road, as does the fresh local spring water. Even better, the potato skins that aren't used for the vodka are fed to the livestock on the farm, keeping waste to a minimum. A clean, no nonsense vodka, this one.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Smooth, with a delicately sweet and slightly floral undertone.
