An organic vodka from the Faroe Islands. Nykur Vodka takes its name after a mythical creature from Faroese folklore, that appears from the lakes in the form of a grey horse. The water used in this vodka is drawn from the Kirvi mountain range, and naturally alkaline after filtration through 12 layers of basalt rock, lending a subtle softness to the vodka.
Clean and crisp, with some subtle green apple, drying spices, and a touch of creaminess.
