Tonka bean isn't a something you see every day. With big vanilla notes and a nutty, spicy backbone, these unusual beans have been distilled using rotary evaporation to extract their complex flavour. Manchester Spirit Tonka Vodka is great for adding a little intrigue where you'd normally find a vanilla vodka, or try it in a French Martini, delicious.
