This vodka comes to us all the way from south Wales, produced by the Mallows team. To achieve the desired flavour profile, this expression was distilled five times, and then filtered twice, making for a crisp spirit that is perfect in all kinds of cocktails.
Subtly peppery, with just a smidge of anise in there too.
