Kyrö Vodka
Kyrö Vodka is made of 100% rye with a hint of heart-warming rye malt distillate. The vodka is birch charcoal filtered for clarity and smoothness. The brand describes it as an ode "to the Ostrobothnian landscape, the vast rye fields and the headstrong people who have worked the land like their ancestors before them".

Nose
Distinct rye with a very faint distant toasted bread. Little rock salt or granite. Clean but complex nose for a vodka.
Palate
Rye with a bit of grain sweetness. Crisp but warm, develops into a warming rye spice
Finish
The grain flavour lingers after the alcohol has faded. Pleasant smooth straw and little autumn.
