Kissui is a Japanese vodka which is made made using rice! This is then blended with spring water from Kyoto and bottled at 40% ABV.
I have been wanting to try a rice vodka for quite some time, the nose was punchy with a soft palate a very smooth finish with a lingering sweetness.
