Kalak Peat Cask Vodka
Something you don't see all that often, it's a cask-aged vodka! For this Peat Cask expression, Kalak took its vodka (distilled with Irish malted barley) and rested it in charred American virgin oak casks. A sweet and smoky delight which could put some interesting twists on classic cocktails.

Honey and buttery caramel, with green oak, peppery spice, a suggestion of smoke and creamy vanilla.
