While Vodkas, whether wheat, starch or corn based are not the most complex spirits, Tito's begs to differ. While the noise is strongly abrasive (rubbing alcohol), the palate is a clean warm breeze of sweetness. Throat and the finish are both a slightly sweet and smooth warmth. This is easily the smoothest, most pure tasting Vodka I have ever had. Friends of mine who tend to over indulge, ( I am witness to this) claim that Tito's purity led to an uneventful morning with no hangover. While I do not endorse misuse of any alcoholic behavior, the smoothness and purity of this behavior speaks volumes of its masterful distilation. I urge anyone who enjoys a mix drink or vodka on the rocks to try titos as not even Kettel One or Grey Goose are able to compete with this. I urge you all to try Titos before there may be a change in quality due to popularity/ higher production volume.
