Cape North Vodka
Like many distillers, Cape North have a fascination with purity when it comes to their vodka. They compare it to water, in that good water must be clean and fresh. They slowly distil their vodka in small copper pot stills and carefully filter it before using water that is praised worldwide for its purity.

Nose
Subtle vanilla and even subtler citrus.
Palate
Clean, pure and simple. The vanilla below cools and already frosty spirit.
