This single estate, extra añejo Tequila from Tequila Ocho is made from 100% agave, harvested from La Latilla in 2015. Matured for over three years in oak vessels, mellowing out the vegetal agave notes with some soft vanilla, and spicy oak character. Sip neat, or alongside some zingy food.
