
An extra añejo tequila from the Ocho range, made with agave from Rancho El Refugio harvested in 2012. The agave produced here is high in sugar content due in part to the high elevation of the Rancho and its local climate. This was aged in oak for three years before being bottled.
Caramel-coated peaches, roasted agave with a hint of pink peppercorn, a subtle coastal saltiness.
