Another excellent single estate, single vintage Tequila from the Ocho range. This unaged expression was made with agave harvested from the La Mula ranch in 2021, and shows off some fruity vibrancy alongside the earthy, vegetal notes. Really great sipped neat.
Lemon, baked bread, crisp green pepper, banana esters, peppercorn.
