This Blanco Tequila from Goya is made with blue weber agave, organically grown exclusively on one farm. After harvesting, the agave is roasted and double-distilled on the estate before bottling.
Somewhat oily, with sweet cut grass, white pepper, vegetal bell pepper and fresh green herbs, along with a touch of citrus.
